Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in risk management, patient safety, or quality.
• 10 years’ experience in a healthcare environment.
• 1-2 years management/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the patient safety program implementation and management.
• Develop and manage quality management and performance improvement programs.
• Ensure continuous survey readiness and compliance.
• Manage department operating budget and compliance.

Skills

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with EHR

Data analysis and interpretation

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
