Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Dallas is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support patient safety, regulatory compliance, infection prevention, and ongoing performance improvement across hospital operations.

As part of the Quality & Risk Management team, you will collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive sustainable improvements while maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, quality management, or a related field.
• 1+ year of healthcare, hospital, behavioral health, quality improvement, risk management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, trending, and presenting data is required.
• Experience with quality improvement, performance improvement, project management, or healthcare operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality/Performance Improvement and Risk Management programs aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Collect, analyze, trend, and present quality data to leadership and committees.
• Identify performance gaps and patient safety risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentations.
• Participate in quality improvement, process improvement, and risk management initiatives.
• Assist with root cause analyses, audits, tracers, and regulatory readiness.
