Job summary

Labor Finders Waycross is hiring Packers for a leading paper products manufacturer in Waycross, GA. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and two shifts: 2nd shift 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM and 3rd shift 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM. You will inspect, count, and package products while adhering to quality standards.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Manufacturing experience helps, but is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or factory experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work in hot summer temperatures and cold winter temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 7-9 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products and remove items that do not meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate product counts while keeping pace with production.
• Gather finished products and box, bag, or package as required.
• Stack and secure cases neatly to prevent shifting or damage.
