Job summary

Revolution Sustainable Solutions, LLC in Kilgore, TX is hiring a Packer Inspector to support production on 7:00-3:00, 3:00-11:00, and 11:00-7:00 shifts. You will learn basic production operations and ensure products meet job specifications.

Responsibilities include inspecting seals, sizes, print quality, and recording production data. Maintain a clean workstation, move packed boxes, and follow safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills to record accurate reports.
• Must read customer specification sheets to verify product quality.
• Accurate recording of production reports and other pertinent information.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; stand 8-12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Environmental Health & Safety policies.
• Check product quality per job specs (seal strength, size, print quality) at least four times per hour and at each roll change.
• Make minor machine adjustments and clear jams.
• Pack and label product; make headers/seals as needed.
• Observe rolls for splices and changes; move packed boxes to pallets (10–40 lbs).
• Record accurate production records and complete dockets.
• Maintain a clean work station per industry requirements.
• Retain and label samples as required.
• Observe company rules and safety regulations; operate punch press.
• Apply inspection stamps to cartons.
