Darnel, Inc. is seeking a packaging/inspecting associate to ensure finished products meet quality standards and are packed correctly. You will label, verify materials, and maintain a clean packing area throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to read and use measurement instruments.
• Ability to make general decisions based on product quality and quantity.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect, bag, and pack finished product to meet Darnel quality standards.
• Report quality problems or inconsistencies to Line Operator(s).
• Ensure correct product labeling and material usage; verify label matches contents.
• Maintain packing area and keep supplies ready for next shift.
• Retrieve, transport, and grind scrap and off-quality product as needed.
• Assist in setup, start-up, cleaning, and changeovers of machines.
