Qualifications

• Inspect bags for defects (holes, misalignment, bad dates).
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness per GMP policies.
• Physically inspect products for natural or processing defects.
• Identify and report suspicious or abnormal situations to supervision.
• Adhere to environmental conditions (38 degrees Fahrenheit) and stand/walk throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the bag for defects and ensure correct bag counts for each item.
• Place filled boxes properly on the conveyor and monitor workflow.
• Report abnormal situations such as product tampering or adulteration to plant management.
• Follow GMP guidelines and maintain high personal hygiene standards.
• Be aware of temperature and movement requirements during the shift.
