You will apply packaging science and quality engineering principles to ensure temperature-sensitive products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

With a bachelor’s in engineering or packaging and 2+ years of relevant experience, you’ll contribute to SOPs, testing, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in quality, packaging engineering, or regulated industry.
• Experience supporting cold chain packaging and ISTA or similar standards is preferred.
• Strong skills in drafting SOPs, work instructions, and validation records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, qualify, validate, and deploy new/existing cold chain packaging solutions.
• Draft and maintain quality documentation to support compliant packaging execution.
• Provide technical support for packaging changes and transportation requirements.
• Investigate excursions and performance issues; analyze data and identify root causes.
• Participate in supplier meetings and evaluate material changes for feasibility.
