Responsibilities

• Lead CMS, Joint Commission, and applicable quality metrics reporting across departments and hospital-wide.
• Coordinate accuracy and timely abstraction, data entry, analysis, and submission for quality initiatives.
• Serve as a quality consultant to management, staff, and providers for performance improvement and quality assurance.
• Assist in accreditation preparation in collaboration with the Accreditation Manager.
• Utilize information technology to generate accurate reports and support data validity.
