Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent preferred.
• Registered Nurse license preferred.
• 3+ years data coordination/analytics in LTACH setting.
• Experience with CMS Quality Reporting Programs a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for CMS Quality Reporting Program for all facilities.
• Monitor CMS QRP thresholds and assist facilities to achieve compliance.
• Educate clinicians and informatics staff on documentation standards.
• Conduct chart audits and data integrity reviews.
• Coordinate with Director of Quality on CARE Data Set audits.
