Job summary

Nobo Auto is seeking dedicated individuals to perform visual inspections of premium automotive seats at customer sites in Germany. Responsibilities include evaluating product quality and recording inspection results. Candidates should be communicative, organized, and willing to work Monday to Friday in Germany, with experience in manufacturing preferred.

We offer a contractual salary of 50,000 CZK plus travel allowances, per diems, and generous benefits including flexible hours and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a quality department.
• Ability to communicate in German or English.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Performing visual inspection of products in production based on quality standards.
• Recording inspection results in the system.
• Inspecting, marking or scrapping defective parts.
• Cooperating in analyzing complaints and finding problem causes.

What will be your job description?

• Performing visual inspection - evaluating the product and its components in production based on the required quality.
• Recording of inspection results in the system.
• In the event of a defect, inspect, mark or scrap the part.
• Cooperation in analyzing complaints and finding the causes of the problem.

What knowledge and skills should you have?

• Communicative and organizational personality,
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a quality department,
• ability to communicate in German (or English),

• driving license B,
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday in Germany.
