LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking a System QA Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to oversee all quality operations—IQC, OQC, inspection labs, and personnel management.

You will ensure inspections follow standards, escalate issues, and drive continuous improvement in a startup-like manufacturing environment. You will lead QA technicians and inspectors, manage staffing and training, and collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Process Engineering, and Supply Chain to stabilize

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience supervising hourly quality operations personnel and IQC/OQC.
• Experience with quality inspection, non-conforming material management, and corrective actions.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage daily activities of quality operations personnel across QA functions.
• Coordinate staffing, shift coverage, and workload priorities.
• Manage attendance, training records, and skill development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new quality personnel.
• Drive quality stability and continuous improvement across shifts.
• Oversee IQC, OQC, and inspection laboratory operations.
