Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Creates, publishes, and controls process documentation for the organization.
• Develops and maintains templates for process documents and information.
• Provides links for 2nd level documents referenced from the Quality Manual.
• Leads ISO audits and internal Quality System Audits.
• Plans, directs, and reports results of quality audits (process, product, systems, supplier).
• Develops change management processes and ensures data integrity.
• Guides auditors and supports audits with necessary documentation.
• Provides training in Quality methods and tools.
