Misfits Market in Hanover, Maryland is looking for a Quality Engineer Manager to oversee quality strategies within its Fulfillment Center. The ideal candidate will manage the Food Safety & Quality Assurance team while leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

This is a hands-on position requiring strong analytical skills, with a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year and excellent benefits, including medical insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Process Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Data Analysis and project management.
• Knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations, HACCP Certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Food Safety & Quality Assurance Supervisor.
• Lead investigations into errors and customer complaints.
• Drive continuous improvement projects within the facility.
