Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Quality Manager responsible for the overall success of the QMS across assigned operations. You will develop, implement, maintain, and improve program level processes to support policies and objectives, with technical leadership of quality personnel.

You will maintain knowledge of customer QA requirements, coordinate audits, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and cost-effective methods.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree or equivalent experience supporting an engineering firm.
• Minimum two years of QMS experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the operation's products and customer QA requirements.
• Establish, implement, and maintain QMS processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor quality staff.
• Coordinate internal audits and external audits with registrar or customers.
• Report QMS performance to senior management and drive improvements.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-effective process implementations.
