WelbeHealth is seeking a detail-oriented medical records auditor to support timely, accurate documentation and high-quality data across patient charts.

In this role you will conduct medical record audits, monitor EHR data integrity, report policy concerns, and assist with audit preparation and regulatory log reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Two years healthcare experience or associate’s degree equivalent.
