WelbeHealth, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant, Reporting to strengthen external financial and regulatory reporting across our healthcare programs. You will partner with FP&A, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely, audit-ready statements and narratives that inform leadership decisions.

The role focuses on month-end close, Medicare/Medicaid reporting, and scalable processes, with opportunities to evolve reporting infrastructure, automate where possible, and help the organization

Competenze

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in general, public accounting, or a combination of both; Big 4 experience preferred.
• Regulatory reporting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in applying technical accounting skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare and maintain external financial statements, regulatory filings, and lender/operational reports.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables with stakeholders.
• Analyze reporting metrics and translate results into leadership-ready narratives.
• Support Medicare/Medicaid audits and PACE-specific projects.
