Job summary

American Health Packaging in Columbus, OH is seeking a Quality Associate to support QA and Production in a 7:00am–3:30pm shift. You will audit batch records, perform serialization tasks, and ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs while coordinating with Sampling, Label, Documentation, and Production teams.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and strong English communication, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand English; capable of completing compliance documentation.
• Strong basic problem-solving and math skills for production issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication; proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Audit batch records throughout packaging for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform serialization activities to support production needs.
• Verify discrepancies in product and components with proper documentation.
• Lead investigations and draft Unplanned Deviations for management review.
• Support QA activities with cross‑functional teams; participate in internal audits.
