Alcon is seeking an Associate I, Quality Operations to monitor product quality, investigate non-conformances, and maintain documentation in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. You will support validations, CAPA activities, and product holds while collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams on the production floor.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, fluency in English, and 5–10% travel. Onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; preferred, recent grads encouraged.
• English reading/writing/communicating fluently.
• Work hours: Exempt; Work Location: Onsite; Travel 5-10%.

Aufgaben

• Interact with facilities to support product tech transfer.
• Support product validations through data collection.
• Support/execute validations for product, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Track NC and CAPA data using statistics and other problem‑solving tools.
• Lead product holds and quarantine when necessary.
• Assist Production, Engineering, and other Quality functions on the floor.
