Job summary

Eurofins USA is seeking a warehouse/inventory specialist to support product compliance inside the Durham facility. The role involves AQL sampling, material inspection, and acting as a bridge between Quality and Operations teams.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, follow GMP/SOP procedures, and assist with drug returns and cold-storage tasks. This full-time position requires standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and a 2pm-10:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment and adherence to SOPs.
• Strong inventory management and cycle-count experience.
• Ability to follow written procedures accurately and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Support product compliance activities within the warehouse.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support product compliance activities within the warehouse

General Responsibilities

• Stay current on safety and GMP training
• Follow SOPs and report issues promptly
• Complete accurate documentation
• Support team needs, including occasional overtime

Work Conditions

• Frequent standing/walking
• Lift up to 25 lbs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 5–7 years of warehouse or inventory experience OR Associate’s Degree with 3–5 years of experience
• Previous experience in a GMP‑regulated environment
• Ability to follow written procedures (SOPs) accurately
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship
