Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a Quality Assurance professional to uphold GMP/GLP/ISO 17025 standards, perform internal lab audits, and provide QA reviews.

The role emphasizes strong client service, teamwork, and proactive process improvements within a regulated laboratory environment. Monday–Friday, on-site in Winston-Salem with comprehensive benefits.

Job Description

• Applies GMP/GLP/ISO 17025 compliance standards in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
• Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration
• Meets all quality and productivity metrics
• Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity
• Maintains continuous learning to keep abreast of regulatory or industry standards as related to Quality Assurance (QA) requirements
• Identifies potential quality system improvements to maximize quality and productivity
• Performs internal laboratory audits and keeps management informed of identified findings
• Provides QA review and approvals as required
• Presents, prepares, or attends training programs as needed to satisfy regulatory requirements
• Possesses strong quality orientation and organizational skills
• Provides clear feedback
• Communicates (oral and written) effectively and shows attention to detail
• Keeps accurate records, follows instructions, and complies with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or other related degree concentration, orequivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, GMP and GLP regulations
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

• Position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Overtime as needed
• May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs
