Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a detail-oriented GMP Sampling Associate to support QC raw material sampling in the warehouse and across multi-site laboratory environments. You will handle testing, tracking, documentation, and coordination of samples to ensure compliance and timely processing.

This full-time role requires lifting 50–100 pounds daily, strong data integrity, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to follow cGMP procedures.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in GMP or lab environment.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds daily.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures to generate reproducible data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform Raw Material Sampling in the GMP warehouse to support clinical and commercial manufacturing operations.
• Perform Daily Sanitization of ISO classified Sampling Areas.
• Perform and Review Appearance, Gas, and Raman Spectroscopy testing on Raw Materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement culture within sampling areas; identify opportunities for improvements and use site continuous improvement tools.
• Plan and prioritize assignments to meet department and site goals.
• Record and maintain all related data and records in compliance with cGMP and quality procedures.
• Perform work in a manner consistent with company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as needed in the QC Analytical Department.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized GMP Sampling Associate to support QC raw material sample operations in the warehouse and across multi-site laboratory environments. This role is responsible for the testing, tracking, documentation, and coordination of samples to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely availability for further processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform Raw Material Sampling in the GMP warehouse to support clinical and commercial manufacturing operations
• Perform Daily Sanitization of ISO classified Sampling Areas
• Perform and Review Appearance, Gas, and Raman Spectroscopy testing on Raw Materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement culture within sampling areas. Identify opportunities for improvements and utilize site continuous improvement tools.
• Plan and prioritize assignments to meet department and site goals
• Record and maintain all related data and records in compliance with cGMP and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, associate’s degree and/or a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or other science related degree concentration
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds alone or with assistance daily
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures to generate reproducible data in a controlled laboratory environment
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis software, and other related applications
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Ability to think critically and demonstrate troubleshooting/problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Positions are full-time, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within commutable distance to Andover, MA are encouraged to apply.
