Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience as STNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.
• Pre-employment screenings including physical, fingerprinting, background check, drug screen, and TB testing are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with high-quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height/weight checks).
• Encourage dining room meals and assist with escorts/transports as needed.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report unfinished tasks to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate with residents, families, and department heads as needed.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.

We are currently seeking outstanding Quality of Life Specialists!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Encourages residents to be at meals in the dining room, escorts, transports if necessary
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate to residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services when needed.
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• One (1) year experience working as a STNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred

All team member must complete pre-employment screenings which include Physical, fingerprinting, background check, drug screening and TB testing
