Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Director of CQI to join our Illinois regional office. The SW CQI Director oversees statewide healthcare quality initiatives and coordinates administrative tasks across facilities; travel to sites weekly is required.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, experience in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and leadership of a multidisciplinary team; CPR certification and ability to obtain security clearance are also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Sciences, Social Science, Program Management, Public Administration or related field.
• Experience in quality improvement and quality assurance which includes evaluating the quality of services, identifying problems and needs and recommending corrective action and improvements to ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, procedures and standards.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for behavioral health care delivery.
• Experience in developing policies or procedures.
• At least two years’ leadership experience overseeing/coordinating the work of a multidisciplinary team.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

We are currently seeking a Full-time Director of CQI to join our Regional Office team. The CQI Director must reside in Illinois and will be required to travel to the sites weekly. Occasional travel to our regional office in Springfield, IL is also required.
