Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Director of CQI to join our Regional Office team in Springfield, IL. The role oversees the statewide CQI program across all correctional facilities, coordinating administrative needs and transfers between sites.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree (RN preferred) with experience in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Weekly travel to facilities is required, with occasional trips to the Springfield region.

Qualifications

• RN license strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Sciences, Social Science, Program Management, Public Administration or related field.
• Experience in quality improvement and quality assurance.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and systematic improvements.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for behavioral health care delivery.
• Experience in developing policies or procedures.
• At least two years' leadership experience overseeing a multidisciplinary team.
• Must be CPR certified and able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee statewide CQI program across all correctional facilities within the state.
• Coordinate administrative needs with facility personnel and coordinate appointments and transfers across the state system.
• Travel weekly to sites; occasional travel to the regional office in Springfield, IL.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, procedures and standards.
