Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. seeks an on-site Microbiology Lab Technician in Texas. You will perform microbiological testing, maintain lab quality systems, and support QA with data entry into RealSPC and SAP while ensuring cGMP and safety standards are met.

The role requires a lab background, attention to detail, and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in biology, microbiology, chemistry, or food science.
• Laboratory technician program preferred.
• 1–2 years in a laboratory environment preferred.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques, chemistry, microbiology, math, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to cGMPs, PPE, and food safety policies.
• Maintain microbiology lab in organized, audit-ready condition.
• Perform plating and microbiological testing per reqs.
• Enter data into lab databases (RealSPC) and SAP.
• Order/manage lab supplies and ship samples as required.
• Collaborate with QA and production to investigate issues.
