This role blends data analysis with cross-functional collaboration to elevate outcomes for our members. You will analyze data, collaborate across service, engagement, and operations, and lead initiatives that improve access, engagement, and quality outcomes for our members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive CAHPS, HOS, Medicare Stars, and member experience performance.
• Collaborate with customer service, provider engagement, operational teams, and vendors.
• Shape member communications, outreach, education, and incentive programs.
• Influence organizational performance by monitoring action plans and analyzing results.
• Serve as a trusted quality partner, helping stay ahead of regulatory requirements.
