Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Franklin, Indiana, is hiring a Material Handler to join a clean, organized warehouse environment with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. This role includes forklift operation, data entry, and adherence to WMS orders in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with paid training, weekly pay, and benefits starting within 30 days. Candidates should have at least two years of related warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related warehouse and powered industrial lift experience required.
• Ability to read, perform basic mathematics, and follow written and verbal English safety/work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to input data into computer system.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply WMS order instructions.
• Recognize and correct potential process errors before they affect the customer.
• Identify damaged products and take appropriate action.
• Pull orders accurately as assigned.
• Stage orders and verify pallets and locations.
• Prepare receiving, storage and shipping documentation.
