You will perform loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift tasks while maintaining accurate records and supporting automated packing systems. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and maintain professionalism.
• Punctual with good attendance and reliability.
• Able to lift and push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Process day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
