Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written, and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Associates Degree in a technical field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a quality/manufacturing setting, including operating a CMM, preferably Zeiss.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and drawing interpretation.

Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing processes by providing general CMM inspection support for fabricated or machined parts.
• Run CMM inspection programs and perform manual inspections for various parts and assemblies, ensuring the integrity of inspection results.
• Assist machinists with inspection equipment, drawing interpretation, and other quality activities, including precision inspection operations, working from complex drawings and specifications, and performing setups on surface plates.
• Inspect complex parts with multiple features.
• Perform daily machine maintenance, calibration, and probe qualifications.

Salary Range:

Buffalo, NY: $28.20 - $34.50 hourly

The salary range is indicative and may vary based on experience, location, and performance. Other compensation may include bonuses and stock plans. This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
