The Quality / Manufacturing Engineer supports a leading aerospace engine provider by delivering technical quality and manufacturing engineering support for supplier transfer activities, process capability assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role serves as a key resource for reviewing quality documentation, supporting manufacturing validation efforts, ensuring compliance with customer quality requirements, and assisting with Process Minimum Standards assessments. The Quality / Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate closely with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Program Management teams to identify process gaps, improve manufacturing capability, support production readiness, and drive Zero Defect and Zero Concession objectives. While the position is preferably performed on-site to facilitate collaboration and support manufacturing operations, remote work arrangements may be considered based on business needs and candidate qualifications.
$72,800 - $85,280 annually.
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
This role is considered an on-site position in Indianapolis, IN
Due to the nature of the work, minimal travel is anticipated.
