Job summary

Quest Global in Columbus, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to perform time studies and drive CORE-based results on the shop floor. You will support an Industrial Engineer, apply Lean concepts, and help improve schedule performance, productivity, and first-time quality. Requirements include 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently.

Aerospace experience is a plus; U.S. citizenship is required.

What You Will Do

• Perform Time Studies
• You will drive Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) Manage implementation and continuity
• Support an Industrial Engineer with industrial engineering techniques and concepts to improve schedule performance and productivity, minimize cost, and improve first-time quality, through the application of Lean and other Industrial Engineering concepts
• Provide data for Engineer to conduct machine and labor capacity analysis
• Assist with the implementation of CORE Methods & Tools

What You Will Bring

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Range

$24.00 -$29.00 per hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements

This role is considered an on-site position located in Columbus, GA

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements

Due to the nature of the work, 5% of travel is required.
