Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Quality Manager to lead internal, supplier, and customer quality initiatives. You will develop quality plans, drive preventive methods, and ensure compliance with ISO and audit requirements while collaborating across Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Lead a quality-focused team, implement robust processes, and deliver measurable improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related field.
• ASQC CQA, CQE or CQM certification preferred.
• Experience with Lean, 6S, zero defect manufacturing, inspection methods.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for product quality issues - partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales and Operations management.
• Develop and maintain quality plans for product; manage internal, customer, and supplier issues.
• Demonstrate preventive quality engineering methods, data analysis, critical thinking, structured problem solving (8D).
• Maintain quality ISO 9001, SSQA, and other audit processes in alignment with requirements.
• Develop and support continuous improvement efforts across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Manage a team with responsibility for Customer, Internal, and Supplier quality and quality management system.
