Job summary

Bill Alexander Ford Lincoln in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead QA/QC, compliance, and continuous-improvement initiatives across functions. You will strengthen processes, resolve quality issues, and drive operational performance with data-driven insights.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management to ensure adherence to standards and to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years in quality management, QA/QC, compliance or process improvement.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions and RCA.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and quality control programs and processes.
• Establish and monitor quality standards, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Conduct audits, inspections, process reviews and quality assessments.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance, quality control, compliance, and continuous-improvement initiatives. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes, resolve quality issues, improve operational performance, and ensure consistent adherence to established standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with practical problem-solving ability and can effectively communicate quality insights to both operational teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• 2- 5+ years of experience in quality management, QA/QC, compliance, operations, engineering, or process improvement.
• 3- Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
• 4- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• 5- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• 6- Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple departments.
• Preferred: ISO/QMS experience, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, ASQ certification, or related professional certification.

Compensation & Benefits

• 1- $105,000–$125,000 annual base salary
• 2- Additional 10% contract premium based on applicable contract terms
• 3- $7,500 sign-on bonus
• 4- $200/month internet & phone stipend
• 5- Hybrid work environment
• 6- 12-month initial contract with renewal opportunity
• 7- Opportunity for continued engagement based on performance and business needs

Compensation Example: At a $115,000 base salary, the additional 10% contract premium equals $11,500, resulting in $126,500 in annualized compensation, before the $7,500 sign-on bonus and $2,400 annual connectivity stipend.
