Bill Alexander Ford Lincoln is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead QA, QC, compliance, and continuous-improvement efforts. You will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to standards.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, effective communication of quality insights to operations and leadership, and driving measurable improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years in quality management, QA/QC, compliance, operations, engineering, or process improvement.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently across multiple departments.
• Preferred: ISO/QMS experience, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, ASQ certification, or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and quality control programs and processes.
• Establish and monitor quality standards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Conduct audits, inspections, process reviews, and quality assessments.
• Investigate quality issues and lead root-cause and corrective-action initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Quality documentation, procedures, records, and reporting.
• Support QMS, regulatory, contractual, and organizational compliance requirements.
• Analyze quality data and present trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, and other teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.

• 5- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• 6- Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple departments.
• Preferred: ISO/QMS experience, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, ASQ certification, or related professional certification.

Compensation & Benefits

• 1- $105,000–$125,000 annual base salary
• 2- Additional 10% contract premium based on applicable contract terms
• 3- $7,500 sign-on bonus
• 4- $200/month internet & phone stipend
• 5- Hybrid work environment
• 6- 12-month initial contract with renewal opportunity
• 7- Opportunity for continued engagement based on performance and business needs

Compensation Example: At a $115,000 base salary, the additional 10% contract premium equals $11,500, resulting in $126,500 in annualized compensation, before the $7,500 sign-on bonus and $2,400 annual connectivity stipend.
