Responsibilities

• Maintain the EQS quality system for premium products and external quality certifications.
• Maintain the quality assurance manual for premium products.
• Lead internal/external audits and corrective actions; review/c sign certified test reports.
• Supervise Quality Assurance personnel for premium products; ensure QMS compliance.
• Travel locally, nationally, and internationally as required.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintains the EQS quality system for premium products and external quality certifications
• Maintains the quality assurance manual for premium products.
• Responsible for internal/external audits and corrective actions.
• Responsible for reviewing and signing certified test reports.
• Assists other departments with quality system development.
• Manages the personnel in Quality Assurance personnel involved with premium products.
• Management Representative with responsibility and authority for oversight of:
• Ensuring the Premium Products Quality Management System (QMS) conforms to all applicable requirements
• Ensuring that processes deliver intended results
• Reporting on the performance of the Premium Products QMS to top management
• Ensuring the promotion of customer focus
• Ensuring the integrity of the Premium Products QMS
• Travel (local, national and international) as required.
• Abides by all policies and procedures established by the Company including plant safety regulations and work rules.
• Must have ability and desire to work with others.
• Meets attendance requirements.
• Performs other duties as deemed necessary.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor of Science in a technical field

• Required to have an active and valid driver’s license, or the ability to travel and commute as required, and comply with the Motor Vehicle Safety Program.
