Job summary

Superior Completion Services in Lafayette, LA seeks a Quality Engineer to lead the development and enhancement of the Quality Management System, translating policies into a cohesive framework that drives operational excellence. This role partners with supervisors to ensure quality standards are understood and applied, building meaningful metrics for daily performance improvements.

Candidates should have an engineering background with QA, CAPA, and continuous improvement experience; SPC knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or a related field.
• Five years of related quality or industry experience is desirable.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support corrective actions after RCA and guide leaders on improvements.
• Develop and maintain QA standards, inspection and test procedures.
• Establish controls to detect nonconformities and drive CAPA for continuous improvement.
• Perform internal audits, analyze metrics, and coach teams to improve quality.
