Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality in a manufacturing setting. You will drive quality performance, develop associates, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through robust quality systems and CI initiatives.

You will provide strategic direction, manage budgets, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet business objectives and uphold world-class quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing supplier quality, process quality, and new model launch activities.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality teams.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to improve quality performance.
• Oversee supplier corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
• Analyze supplier and internal quality issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets and business plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Support internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor internal quality audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee quality activities related to new product launches and new model introduction.
• Lead resolution of supplier quality issues.
• Oversee manufacturing process and quality requirements for new model implementation.
• Establish departmental goals, objectives, and KPIs.
• Support cross-functional teams.
