Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of quality leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience managing supplier quality, process quality, and new model launches.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and CI.

Aufgaben

• Lead New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality teams.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to improve quality performance.
• Oversee supplier corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
• Analyze supplier and internal quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets and business plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Manage internal quality audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee quality activities for new product launches and model introductions.
• Lead resolution of supplier quality issues.
• Champion and sustain 5S and workplace organization initiatives.
• Oversee manufacturing process and quality requirements for new model implementation.
• Establish departmental goals, objectives, and KPIs.
• Support cross-functional teams.
