Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC seeks a Quality Manager to lead quality across complex construction projects. You will drive audits, inspections, and non-conformance resolution while partnering with PM, engineering, and field teams to ensure delivery to contractual and company quality standards.

The role requires 1-3+ years field experience and 1+ year QA/QC leadership, with willingness to travel nationwide; a high school diploma is required. An ALL IN safety culture and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of technical field experience required.
• 1+ years of QA/QC program leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project quality performance across complex, multi-disciplined construction projects.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards, customer expectations, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify gaps or non-conformance issues.
• Partner with project management, engineering, and field operations teams to drive quality outcomes.
• Provide quality guidance and support during project planning, execution, and closeout activities.
• Facilitate communication between teams regarding quality expectations, findings, and resolutions.
• Mentor field personnel and project teams on quality standards and best practices.
• Maintain responsibility for overall project quality performance and customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Provide project management teams with updates on project quality status, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain organized records to support customer reviews, audits, and project closeout requirements.
• Serve as an informal leader of field team members, driving quality and communicating issues to Supervisors and Construction Managers.
• Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success.
• Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed
