You will lead supplier quality, manage audits, apply SPC, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. The role requires a BS in engineering and experience in APQP, lean six sigma, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field with 3+ years in manufacturing quality management.
• Experience managing APQP systems and lean manufacturing/Six Sigma methods.
• Knowledge of ISO, IATF, ASTM quality standards and customer QA programs.
• Ability to lead through others, drive urgency, and solve complex problems.

Responsabilités

• Formulates and maintains quality objectives aligned with corporate goals.
• Manages customer relationships related to quality, audits, and dissatisfaction.
• Investigates and resolves customer quality complaints and issues.
• Implements systems to meet third-party certifications (ISO, IATF, ASTM).
• Performs quality reviews of contract docs and vendor quality manuals.
