Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across our manufacturing and quality control teams in Texas. You will drive quality processes, improve production methods, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards to deliver reliable, high‑quality precast concrete products.

You will oversee inspections, develop specifications and quality policies, mentor quality staff, and partner with production leadership to resolve issues and sustain continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or business-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and applicable standards.
• Experience in structural or architectural precast concrete preferred; ACI certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality systems and drive improvements to meet standards and reliability.
• Oversee inspection, testing of materials and finished products.
• Monitor supplier quality and ensure conformity of materials.
• Mentor quality personnel and partner with production leadership.
• Maintain documentation and perform statistical analysis to support QA initiatives.
