Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Quality Control Lead Inspector to lead inspection programs across manufacturing and engineering teams, ensuring materials, processes, and finished products meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards. You will mentor Inspectors, document testing data, and support continuous improvement while maintaining safety and compliance with ACI, PCI, and IAS requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of inspection experience in construction or manufacturing (precast concrete preferred).
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with quality control processes, inspections, and testing procedures.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and reporting.
• Preferred: OSHA 10 and industry certifications (ACI, PCI, ICC).

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of materials, forms, and embeds prior to concrete placement
• Conduct routine and final inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Verify reinforcement placement, dimensions, tolerances, and cast-in components
• Monitor and report defects such as cracking, finish issues, or inconsistencies
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of products to prevent damage
• Maintain accurate inspection records, testing data, and documentation
• Perform standardized testing and inspections in compliance with ACI, PCI, and IAS requirements
• Support quality assurance processes including camber verification and Sure Cure system monitoring
• Communicate inspection results and quality concerns with Manufacturing and Engineering teams
• Assist in training, mentoring, and developing Quality Control Inspectors
• Promote and follow all safety standards and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
