Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• Minimum 10 years of quality experience in manufacturing with leadership.
• Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven decision making required.
• ERP/MRP experience and ISO knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership for all quality initiatives and systems.
• Lead problem-solving efforts including 8D to address issues.
• Drive Lean continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee documentation, record keeping, and quality-related records.
• Manage QA budget and lead a high-performing team.
