Job summary

Electrical Components International (ECI) seeks a Quality Manager to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS, drive continuous improvement, and maintain ISO 9001/ISO 13485 compliance. This on-site role in Byromville, GA reports to the President of Flex-Tec.

The position requires 5+ years in quality leadership within high-volume manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to travel to customer/supplier sites as needed. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with at least 5 years in quality management in manufacturing.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification desirable and experience with ISO9001/ISO13485.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable for supplier and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality processes are executed effectively and align with customer requirements.
• Lead inspections and release of products per customer specifications.
• Coordinate internal and external audits for ISO compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QMS and operations.
• Develop action plans to meet quality and delivery targets.
