Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Quality Manager in Neenah, WI to lead the Quality Management System and a dedicated QA team. You will develop procedures, drive root cause analysis, and ensure products meet customer and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a technical field with 5+ years of leadership in quality/manufacturing, thorough knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and GFSI, and strong data analytics and coaching skills. This role offers growth and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• BS or technical degree with leadership in quality/manufacturing (5+ years) or 10+ years in quality roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and GFSI requirements.
• Excellent data management and analytical skills for quality systems.
• Effective coaching, training and facilitation experience.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and root-cause analyses.
• Strong communication with executives, staff and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System and QA team.
• Ensure manufacturing procedures and QA processes meet standards and metrics.
• Hire, train, and manage quality personnel.
• Participate in development and administration of quality specs and systems.
• Monitor metrics, report progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee internal and external audits and customer complaints handling.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure product conformance.
