Job summary

TT Electronics in the United States is seeking a Quality Manager who will partner with Operations Leaders to safeguard product quality across shifts and empower teams to stop production when necessary.

You will own the Quality Management Systems (Mil STD, AS9100, FMEA, APQP, PAPP, MSA), drive KPI achievement, supplier development, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with ITAR requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality or related field.
• Five+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with AS9100, FMEA, APQP, PAPP and MSA.
• ITAR: U.S. person required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department targets aligned with business plan.
• Set and monitor departmental KPIs.
• Maintain system and product approvals.
• Review personnel in department to meet requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives site-wide.
• Oversee supplier development in cost, quality, and delivery.
• Manage documentation controls (test results, drawings).
• Collaborate with other Quality teams as needed.
• Empower quality to stop production to address issues.
