Job summary

TT Electronics plc is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives across production shifts and ensure compliance with ITAR and quality systems (Mil STD, AS9100, FMEA, PPAP, MSA). The role requires driving KPIs, supplier development, and continuous improvement across the value stream.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality or related field.
Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a similar industry (5+ years).
Experience with AS9100, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and MSA.
ITAR-related information handling; must be a U.S. person.

Responsibilities

Ensure product quality across shifts and stop production to correct issues.
Act as management representative for Quality Management Systems (Mil STD, AS9100, FMEA, ARQP, PPAP, MSA).
Meet departmental targets and KPIs; manage personnel in department.
Oversee supplier development focusing on cost, quality and delivery.
Review customer satisfaction indicators and implement preventive techniques.
Control documentation and test/results; work with other areas of Quality.
