Job summary

Carlisle Companies is hiring a Quality Manager to lead quality excellence across manufacturing, lab, and warehouse operations. You will develop and maintain the QMS, sustain ISO certifications, and partner with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain to improve product quality and process capability.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the production floor and in the laboratory, with a focus on problem solving, coaching, and employee development to foster a culture of quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or engineering with coursework in statistics and management.
• Eight years of progressively responsible quality/process experience with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant Quality Management System and programs on the production floor, lab, and warehouse.
• Maintain ISO certifications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive COS, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve yield and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain quality specifications for raw materials, processes, and finished goods.
• Mentor quality personnel and manage budgeting for the quality department.
• Lead audits, corrective actions, and cross‑functional improvement projects.
