Job summary

CRP Industries Inc. in Ann Arbor seeks a Quality Manager with at least 2 years in quality auditing or related work in a distribution setting.

The role reports to the Corporate Quality Manager and leads quality initiatives across the facility, aligning with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements. Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years experience as a quality auditor for ISO 9001 (preferred) and/or IATF 16949 or relevant work experience
• ASQ Certification will be considered a plus
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, knowledge of Sharepoint is a plus
• Import/Distribution industry experience required, Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate the QMS per ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Plan QA activities to ensure conformance to standards.
• Control quality processes and materials to meet requirements.
• Monitor supplier quality and drive improvement.
• Apply 8D and A3 problem-solving to root causes.
• Develop FMEA and control plans for process quality.
• Ensure calibration and traceability of measurement devices.
• Train production staff on quality topics.
• Support audits and improve QMS effectiveness.
• Analyze warranty data and drive corrective actions.
• Report quality KPIs across the organization
