Job summary

You will develop policies, manage audits, CAPA, monitor metrics, and mentor Quality Engineers and Technicians to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction. This role partners with production to standardize inspection methods and calibration controls while fostering accountability and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 7+ years quality management experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years leadership or managerial experience.
• ISO 9001-certified environment experience.
• Experience with customer-facing quality activities and CAPA processes.
• Certifications: CMQ/OE or CQE; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt; Lead Auditor ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in ISO 9001 compliance.
• Develop and improve quality policies, procedures, and control plans.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Manage internal and external audits including customer and certification audits.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and CAPA opportunities.
• Act as primary contact for customer quality concerns and complaints.
• Support supplier qualification, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with production to maintain inspection methods and calibration controls.
• Mentor Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and Technicians; deliver training.
